3. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Any applicable delivery charges (BDT 100) will be clearly shown at checkout.
4. Orders & Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders will be canceled automatically if provided information is insufficient. We do not store your full card details.

- DBBL / Rocket — mobile wallet payment
- Online card payments — fully encrypted and secure
5. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2–4 days. Delivery charges are BDT 100 across Bangladesh. We deliver through multiple courier services to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items damaged after delivery are not eligible.
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days via bKash or bank transfer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Astoraa’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If you are dissatisfied with the site or any of its terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the site.
8. Changes to Terms
Astoraa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
